An unwelcome message,
an uncomfortable word to share
so was the nudge I am feeling from God
Speaking to me, from my mind
something to share
to fight against injustice
our sin in this land of plenty
that there would be people
sick and without hope
Christian voices
yours and my own
need to join the chorus
following our master’s call
healing those who are sick
Good Samaritans we should be
loving them as we love ourselves
all to be given peace
even in their hospital bed
