To Touch
More than the others
senses of our world
our bodies, our clay
the importance of one
to touch, to reach
to lovingly touch our neighbors
loved ones and strangers
all drawn to our touch
The sense of our creator
relationship with our savior
all in the organ of our skin
the senses, the nerves
each one alive, changed forever
when another brushes
caresses, makes connection
through touch
