We celebrate this morning

We are filled with joy
we celebrate this morning
the best day of history
when Christ rose from the grave
Death could not hold him
no stone could trap him in
the funeral shroud cast off
that light could get out
for he rose to save us
up from the grave
walking to greet us
to answer our prayer
