a prayer, a challenge
a year of thanksgiving
not for the harvest
for the bounty alone;
for the little things
the big things,
things that matter
for life, salvation
for life after death;
not looking down
the negative only
instead remembering
all the things
for which we are thankful;
smiling more
offering blessing
loving our neighbor
out of our thanksgiving
