The circumcision of the
cross
cutting off self
fully submitting his flesh
to the glory of God
The consecration of joy
redemption for our sin
the body of Christ
on the rugged cross
Cutting off self
complete submission to God
this paves the way
for the harvest to come
Light cuts through
our true nature exposed
our bodies illumined like
Christ
ready to serve
