touched by the flames

touched by the flames

the living fire

the dove of the Spirit

indwelling within

buoyed within me

steeled for the challenge

a gift of grace

imparted on me

touched by the Spirit

in little moments

times of great joy

and when I needed God’ strength

kissed by the Spirit

touched by the flames

held up by the fire

burning within
