a rock thrown into the pond
casting ripples, fissures
a stone striking a frozen
pond
the cracks growing wider
circle of hope, illusion
where there is tension
a struggle within
for the heart of the circle
a struggle within
but a circle of hope, living
outside the gathering
in the love spreading
different minds united
in the widening circle
ripples carrying the message
out into creation, the world
