The race of life too important
all human flesh passes away
the goal of paradise
ours if we never give up
staying focused on the Christ
Stripped to the bare essentials
the race, the path before us,
running with Christ
His Spirit within us
let Him set the pace
God knows the path
the way that is set before us
let us be Christ’s feet
the race of life too important
in Christ is our victory.
