As if a garden,
our lives
to our Father God;
The joy, love,
relationship
our connection
with God, our families,
our friends,
neighbors, even strangers
tended with love,
a daily practice
of our walk,
daily, seeking God’s will.
Following God’s
model, of living as a servant,
as Christ, His
example, our brother
offering such
love, in coming to the earth
as the fulfillment
of prophecy, and more
The disciplines of
His life, now our prayer
our meditation, in
times in corporate worship
all of these are
tangible ways to model
to live our lives
as Christ;
Nurturing, watering,
weeding
tending the garden
of our lives
a harvest for our
God.
