Holding onto

When we fear, when we struggle, doubt
something to hold onto
to calm our nerves, settle us down
Hold onto Jesus, onto his promise,
his love for us still, holding us
comforting us, being there with us
throughout our lives
His spirit with us,
within us, bringing us peace
