Ever looking inward
as we approach another
as if we were staring into a mirror
seeing our own face
Looking at our neighbor
as if we were in their sandals
walking with our brothers
our sisters on the earth
Heeding his message
that we would stand with them
not judging another
instead, offering a helping hand
