Worthless Idols
When we turn away
when we wander in ourselves
when we turn from God
like the people of old
Worthless idols
of wood, of clay
of metal that rusts
all will fade away
Such a choice
to turn from eternal glory
to trust in the work of human hands
instead of almighty God
