a
rock, cologne,
an
air freshener
such
strange gifts
for
the baby Jesus
a
toddler really
about
age two
nothing
he would want
from
the Magi, the wise men,
traveling
so far
yet
foretelling his story
in
their strange gifts
his
deity, his royalty,
his
sacrifice
in
the gold, frankincense
and
the myrrh
