Sitting at my computer crying – v2

Reading the words of scripture
my earlier poems, breath prayers
speaking words of thanksgiving
for your sacrifice for me, oh Lord

Sitting at my computer crying
typing words of your love
hoping I will always remember
the enormity of what you have done

Wanting to share more fully
words of what you have done
giving us a Savior
in sacrificing your Son

Lord give me words to share
to witness to your Love
sending us a Savior
in sacrificing your Son

No Price for His Love

More than we can truly understand
that there is no price for his love
God freely giving
all that I ever need
even going to the cross for me
paying my cost with his life
the lamb, my brother
no price do I owe
but my humble praise
turning, conforming my life to him
in thanksgiving to my king
