A servant only
not the Servant
the One foretold
in scripture
the One who came
to save us
this is our Master
the Risen Jesus Christ
descended from heaven
to give us new life
the Servant before us
long prophesied
but we could not see Him
we were blind
the Servant walked with us
silent before the Temple
those who would condemn Him
sentence Him to death
we are to follow
to live by His example
serving as he walked
forgiving all on earth
