Like the Potter – v2

Like the Potter, the maker

with His hands on the inside

and the outside of the bowl

molding us, on the wheel

Shaping us, chiseling

the rough edges sanded

rough-hewn stone of our lives

giving to His loving hands

Submitting our lives

our bodies given over

preparing us, reformed,

new eyes, new bodies

living in the new Jerusalem
