we feel the Holy Spirit
held within us
a kernel of God
a spark of eternity
we rejoice in the presence
of life eternal
a piece of God
held within us
we hear the voice
our Savior calling
not from far away
but from within our hearts
we feel the Spirit
of God within us
we shout for joy
for our life to come
