No one there to speak
no facts, no testimony
the transcripts empty
empty witness chairs
what conclusion can they
reach
when the witnesses aren’t
there
Relying on skills
they may not have at all
unsubpoenaed truths
hanging in the air
not on the record
the witnesses were not there
