The angels had rolled the
stone away
Christ was alive, risen;
They found the tomb empty
His grave could not hold
Him.
God gave life, rebirth,
new life to our Savior;
Risen from the death
to show us the Father.
The Son is risen from the
grave,
now seated in heaven;
Our joy complete
we are free at last.
