on fire for God – v3

We start, we begin
on fire for God;
We are ablaze with the Spirit
our hope is alive

Something happens
to quench the fire;
Our spirits flag
our flesh grows tired

We must recapture
our spirit’s fire;
We must rekindle
what we have lost

We need to awake
God’s Spirit within us;
We must return
to our first love
