A call to vigilance
not merely the physical
staying awake
keen to the insights
hidden dangers
coming struggle
being with the Christ

A call to vigilance
going through this with him
ready to act, our of our slumber
yoked with our master
following his example
our oil ready
for our God’s will
his call to a faithful life
