Not Our Table

Humbly we come
to you, Oh God
to your table
the sacrifice
this meal
this sharing of the bread
the cup, your life
your body, dying for us
Not our table
not in the least
we are giving an invitation
to feast at your table
set just for us
to come as we are able
to live in your love
