If we were pressed, if Paul challenged us
what would we say of our freedom
how we are living our lives
eating meat, sacrificed to idols
living embedded, in the world
no different, no different
than any other, are we a light
shining in the darkness
we are an example,
whether or not we want to
claiming the name of Jesus
but eating the meat offered
sacrificed to idols
going with the flow
no different than the world
