We will stand naked
naked before Jesus
before the judgment seat
our life before him
the pages will be open
the things we held onto
the choices we made in our walk
what we held as treasure
Nothing will remain of them
not our gold, our wealth
not the grain in our silos
nothing else will be left
just our feet of clay
the Spirit within us
whether we walked the Way
Stripped, naked before our Savior
the lamb upon the throne
at the moment of judgment
How we walked in this life
did we follow his example
not our love of money
our relationship, our love
what we do for others
God’s light in the world
