costing nothing – v2

the gifts they gave
from their pocket change
out of their abundance
their excess to God

money for the treasury
but no cost to them
no merit in their gifts
their offering

they gave nothing
no cost to them
surplus for the temple
for the worship of God

She gave everything
all that she had
a gift worthy
given unto God
