lilac sky delicious
lingering on my tongue
love of the creator
overwhelming my senses
taste of this morning
alive in my mouth
clouds alive with colors
in richer, brighter hues
each a wondrous fragrance
coming into view

“The lilac sky”
series of poems based on
segment on how babies,
when they are wearing a
brain cap,
to do EEG measurements,
don’t always
have the visual cortex
light up
when they see something
but sometimes
have the auditory cortex
light up,
as if they are hearing the
image, the colors.
at about 6:15 minutes to
about 8:45 minutes
