Needing
to remember
that
story of Mary
accused,
before Jesus
at
his feet, afraid
about
to be punished
They
dropped their stones
remembering
their sin
none
claiming the right
to
cast the first stone
All
of them guilty
none
better than her
feet
made of clay
none
of them standing in judgment
the
crowd walked away.
