Love came down from heaven
God shed eternity
the Son born to us in that
stable bed
God became a speck
a bit of dust, of gossamer,
Life became dirt
dust of this earth
the Creator created
born that we may live
Love came from heaven
born in that stable
the Word alive, Here with Us
God, Emmanuel,
a Messiah born to us
hope for all mankind
God became a speck
healing the breach between
us
between God and man
