Our prayer as those later born,
after the time of Christ,
to thank those who followed
who chose to follow Jesus
those chosen by God
those who remained faithful
May we be emboldened, empowered
to be Matthias for later generations
all those who will come
that in time may follow
all future disciples
to the ends of the earth
