The words of the apostle
the writer of these words
bringing a powerful message
hope for all of us, in this
world;
The truth of the
resurrection
the raising from the dead
Christ now in glory,
Alive in eternal rest
And we who follow
who turn from the world
to the Lord, our Savior
our light, our brother, our
Shepherd;
A life in glory with Him
when our time here is done
Assured too of our salvation
that we would hear His Word
the voice of our Master
spoken from His heavenly
lips
