the Shepherd yet calling
His voice in the distance
do we hear Him, do we turn,
do we feel the presence of
God
the Shepherd of the pasture
the Gate to our salvation
the Guardian of the Path
the Path itself
Christ still calls to us
whispering within us
calling from the distance
to come, to follow,
to enter into the pasture
