we are God’s creation

we are created by God;

in God’s own image

out of inert matter

we live, we have life,

by the breath God gives us;

each of our days numbered

in the span of our lives

we are created by God

for God’s own purpose;

we are gifted with talents

for the glory of God

we live, we have life,

by the breath God gives us;

we have work to do

on this journey of life
