Father, forgive them – 2 – v6

These words, “Father, forgive them”,
spoken by a man, Jesus;
yes He was, is, fully divine;
but He was also fully human
This was God on the cross
a man on the tree;
speaking words to challenge us,
as much to heal us;
“Father, forgive them,
for they know not what they do”
