Humbly we come, Lord
with a burden on our
hearts
our hearts are heavy;
We need you.
We lift a prayer for Your
guidance,
for Your mercy, Your
love.
We long for Your loving
hands,
to feel Your loving touch
May we speak with more gentle
words
in sharing different
opinions
not judging our neighbors
from
our own flawed
discernment
of Your loving Word.
Speaking to us ever
until we have truly heard.
Please Lord be ready when
we turn
desiring Your message to
us
Your path for our lives.
Lead us on this journey
this is our prayer, in
this walk,
with You Spirit within,
guiding,
into Your holy light.
May we go forth with You
out into Your creation,
carrying Your banner
before us
a message to save the
whole world.

with the United Methodist church. God's Word clearly says that the Lord’s
command is no females are allowed to be leaders. 1 Cor. 14:33-38; 1 Tim
