By the blood of the lamb,
red, living blood, washed clean,
our lives transformed,
lives of the saints before,
our forebears in the faith
white, washed clean
by his blood, the blood we share
in remembering him, his sacrifice
in remembering them,
their lives of faith
bearing witness to his love
his message of grace
saving grace from the father
the one who created heaven and earth
for who the blood was spilt
redeeming the world to him
making us all clean,
white by his blood
