Washed, redeemed
shimmering white, while
his blood, red, poured out
for you and for me
saints who have gone before,
washed, redeemed, by his blood
the sacrifice of our savior,
humble lamb, before the slaughter
the gift of your life
the saints before us,
following our savior’s way
lives as examples,
to all generations
