Even a slight change
maybe is enough
moving us from our inertia
our complacency, our drift
turning us from the world
the baser instincts
the seduction of wealth
the choices we have made
turning us toward God
the love of our neighbors
sharing of our blessings
to our brothers, our sisters
to all who are in need
