Without the credit
without the commercial urgings
simpler lives, less possessions
choices to focus not on the world
but on the things of lasting value
Slower, listening
to the calling from God
caring for one another
in fellowship, in community
our brothers, our sisters
all part of the family
leading us to different lives
closer to our neighbors
carrying each others’ load
