Remembering Our Place

The creator, being part of the creation
remembering our place, the need to praise God
to thank our father, for the blessings, for his love
poured over us, as a people, on the good earth
Stopping, in the maddening rush of this age
to gather together, in praise and
oh how much thanksgiving
honor and remember the majesty of God
our hearts joining, one congregation
humbly seeking to share
the message of your love
starting in this sanctuary this night
going out in the dark world
light to be, reflecting your love
so all may see the wonder
the sovereignty, your love revealed
