Anointed by the Same Spirit

Christ arising
rising from the waters
anointed by the same spirit
the loving spirit of God

Descending upon us
as a dove, as a flame
changing our hearts
as silver is refined

To be a reflection of you
ordained with the saints
to continue Christ’s work
while we journey here on earth
