Gifts We Can Offer

Gifts we can offer
greater than the Magi
they only brought valuables
offered before the Lord
They left, went home
returned to distant lands
We can stay, follow
worshiping the Lamb

Gifts we can offer
greater than the Magi
offering God the gifts of our lives
doing all we can
submitting to God’s will
humble, as sheep
following our Master’s call
being His hands and feet

Gifts of Our Lives

More valuable, precious
than the gold, frankincense, the myrrh
carried by the Magi
offered for the king

Gifts of our lives
choosing to follow
like the fishermen
leaving our comfort
at the calling of the king
