In the stumble of my days
more than a purposeful walk
staggering in my witness
failing to bear the cross
God’s mercy unending
His grace boundless
saving me from my wickedness
when I fail to proclaim Christ
Giving me new fire
oil for my lamp
bearing me up like eagles
on wings of the dove
Guiding me when I stumble
assuring me of grace
sharing with me moments
when I can offer someone my praise
