In the garden with him
blinded by my sadness
unable to see
to recognize the Christ
Seeing Christ
when he spoke to me
calling me to him
that I would believe
Knowing his voice calling
to comfort me
to empower me for witness
to heal the brokenness
Calling me in the garden
to sooth my troubled soul
to tell the others of him
his life, evermore
