Because He is Good all the time.

not the lesser of two evils
fragile humans
seeking to lead our nation
to serve, to preside
beholden to others

Only Jesus, our brother, our Savior
he is the font of life
the gateway to heaven

He is good, all the time
all the time, forever
the Messiah, Emmanuel,
God here with us

We are called to follow
to love as he loves us
open to our neighbors
guided by this call
to love one another
giving God our all
