Tear
down this Christmas
for
it has lost its meaning;
nothing
of Christ
in
this frenetic season.
Rushing
about, shopping
the
Perfect gift;
all
an illusion
forgetting
the Christ.
Tear
down this Christmas,
we
must start over;
the
love of the ages
lost
in the dust.
Reclaim
wonder
the
joy of Christ’s coming;
Tear
down this Christmas,
we
must start over.
