sowing strife
by being too certain
I reject this
it is in my past
I want to be different
to acknowledge the truth
that I am flawed
a broken vessel;
who am I
to judge my neighbors.
sowing life
is what I am called to do
to share the words
I have been gifted
I am to be the balm,
not the salt,
to heal wounds,
not make them worse;
I am a flawed vessel
use me Lord to do Your work.
