may I be
drenched by the Spirit
the spark,
the shard of God within
immersed in
the water;
all we need,
the Word,
a toolbox,
a map,
the path we
must take
from life
into life
into Your Word,
Your witness
the
testament of love
the Good News
for us;
the light
to guide our path
immersed in
the water
the way we
must walk
from life
into life
may I be
drenched by these waters
may I be found
in Your love
in the Word
of God, living,
in the
Spirit within me;
the light
in the world
the path of
Christ to follow
to share
the love within
from life
into life
