Into the Flowing River – v4

Into the community of believers

joining the long tradition

begun with Jesus in the Jordan

falling into the flowing river;

our threads joining

the fabric of the church

the love of God drenching us

feeding us for His work

Joining all believers

all those who claim His name

beginning with the Christ

falling into the waters

raised up with Him;

all of us together

swimming in the living waters

surrounded by God’s endless love.
