We need to cut loose
the cords, the tethers,
all that binds us
here to the earth
We must let go of our
comfort
leaving behind all
not being held by
the things of the earth
God calls us
out of our comfort
to go and to continue
our Master’s work
To go, to follow
our Savior ever
to be His witnesses
to the ends of the earth
