Giving God Our Clay – v3

Our bodies to Your service
our spirits up in glory,
We give God our clay
We become vessels for His love.

To pour out, to spread His seeds
to bear witness to God’s bounty,
to the power of the cross
offering grace to all.

By His body and His blood
we sign of God’s goodness
His love for us all
with the clay of our vessels.

“Waste and Grace”,
by Rev. Frank Gulinello, Jr.
“ Jesus’ parable of the Sower focuses on the scattering of the seed.
No matter what kind of ground it falls upon, whether hardpan or
deep rich soil, God will have a harvest yielding a hundred fold.
So, scattering the seed aimlessly is not wasteful in God’s economy.”
